Gary Lang NT Dance Company is funded through ArtsNT, as a Leading Arts Organisation and has created a new Administration and Marketing role to support the General Manager in developing and driving the Company forward.

Our Company requires a dynamic and effective employee, who is a self-starter capable of taking the organisation to the next level of resourcing, building on the Company’s remarkable foundation of artistic and business achievements.

Reporting to the GM, this important position has responsibility for marketing and promotion, business development, and diverse and evolving administration tasks.

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated and have highly developed skills in networking, marketing, communication, organisation, report and grant funding submission and acquittals. Indigenous Australians are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated 3-5 years experience in the Performing Arts Industry or not-for-profit organisation will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will ideally be based in Darwin, NT and be prepared to work 3 days a week. Remuneration is pro rata based on an annual salary package of $70,000 (base salary plus superannuation).
